I've search all over the web and I can't find anywhere where someone says where you go to respec your EL, but I see references to doing so everywhere. Where do you go to respec ELs?

Ultros, Colosseum, WoR. Costs money. 25k first visit, 100k everytime thereafter. New thing added into BNW.

Ultros will mention this but it resets everyone in the active party, i.e. the (up to) four people currently in the party. Make sure you bring four people that you actually want to reset to get your money's worth, especially if you're doing 100k respecs.
