Any rules? Well besides cheating that is.
There's no rules to speak of (it's Any%). Wolfblade and I run this on the SNES classic, but if varying emulators become an issue, we can figure it out later.
Timing starts when you select DONE for name select and ends when the black border appears after Smithy explodes.

No, this is completely unrelated to version 9.
