This came up over in the Discord. Patch is built on an otherwise unmodified 1.9. Assembly .asm and .ips patch both included.

What it does: Dispel now removes inherent Safe, Shell, and Rflect statuses from monsters.

I applaud the awesome work done here, but does this make dispel a massivly OP spell now. Maybe a decrease in accuracy is needed or something.
