So i'm guessing this refers to Latias, but the hint from Frogfucius is too vague. I know in previous versions, this was a hidden encounter, but his hint says "Many people say that it prefers larger open spaces." I'm not sure what this refers to. Help!
You're right. He's refering to Latias. I'm not exactly sure what Frogfucious means by that clue, but what I'm guessing is that since most hidden monsters are in open spaces, you might find Latias in one of those. Doesn't matter where, just keep on hitting those hidden monsters and one of them will be Latias.
Find a hidden monster, run from it and stand on top of the invisible sprite. Fast forward the game while encountering/running from the battle until you encounter latios and latias
Using Amazyee Dayzee in Rose way works, thats how I found them.
