I’ve killed at least 30 Anti-Shy Aways, and not gotten a Fertilizer to drop. I’m wondering what the drop rate is for it, and I want to ask about the Seed while I’m here too. (Plus idk where regular Shy Aways are...)

Regular Shy Aways are in Land's End in the desert section. By the save point and the first set of whirlpools, go to the screen up and left, there are three flying around.
I dunno if Lucky Ring affects drop rate, but try that. Also, are you sure your inventory isn't full? The item comes from the in battle reward screen for those, so if your inventory is filled up, they wont ever drop.
